Select the Edit Categories menu command in the Settings menu to open the Edit Categories window. In the Edit Categories window, you can add, rename and remove categories as well as sub categories. In ARELIS, sub categories do not belong to individual categories. You can use the sub categories as a second category system. ARELIS doesn't let you remove a category that has been assigned to web sites in the web site list in the main window. If you could remove a used category, ARELIS wouldn't know which new category the web sites should have. Therefore, in order to remove an used category, rename that category to an existing category name. That way, all web sites with the used category name get another, existing category name. Then the previous category isn't used anymore and can be safely removed. |
