Opens the Options window.  

Edit Categories...
Opens the Edit Categories window.  

Edit Status List...

Edit Filter List...
The filter list specifies which web sites should not be added when using the Find New Link Partners feature or when importing links. For example, you can specify that web pages from a certain country or that web pages that contain special words should not be added to the web site list of the main window.
